The player sits down in an empty chair with several cards, they stare at it for a moment and all they ever see are numbers and letters written on plain cardboard. Do you think this will elicit excitement among them? Use the opportunity the cards give you. First, you could advertise through the card. Every little space you've got there is something. Put your very own establishment name on that card that will make the name get stuck in the player's mind. The next time they'll need to play bingo, it will be the first one to come into their mind.

Do a survey on your customers if possible. Or a quick assessment of them would do if a survey regarding their likes is not possible. Suit the bingo card design to the personality and needs of the customers. For example, provide larger bingo cards with larger number and letter prints for the elderly. They are the ones who mostly enjoy playing a game of bingo. There might be players in there who would want a different shade for the bingo cards. However, you must plan carefully for all these colors before printing them out because different colors even have effects on the players.

Also, you might want to use different kinds of paper to print on other than just plain cardboard. Why not experiment with a plastic one where the players could just mark with an erasable marker instead of using other means of marking it that makes the cards go messy. It might cost a little but would make them a lot happier and it can be used for quite a long time because it doesn't get destroyed easily unlike the paper ones.

Experiment with your bingo card design. You might even find some more interesting ways of presenting your bingo cards. It is the only thing they look at so it will be a means to influence them or affect them while playing their game. A good bingo card design can both benefit the customer as well as you, the business owner. It won't hurt you to try making the bingo cards into creative cards and make it all the more exciting.
